Role Purpose
Support key business operations, including front office management, student enrollment, application processing, and client interaction.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and prospective students.
- Handle inquiries, resolve basic complaints, and ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Support backend processes such as documentation, follow-up, and data entry.
Desired Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
Training Period
3 to 6 months
Training & Induction
Comprehensive training in all aspects of the study abroad domain. Successful candidates will be considered for full-time roles post-training.
