Role Purpose

Support key business operations, including front office management, student enrollment, application processing, and client interaction.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and prospective students.
  • Handle inquiries, resolve basic complaints, and ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Support backend processes such as documentation, follow-up, and data entry.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Customer service orientation and problem-solving skills

Training Period

3 to 6 months

Training & Induction

Comprehensive training in all aspects of the study abroad domain. Successful candidates will be considered for full-time roles post-training.
