Generous Financial Aid
Every recipient is awarded 10,000 Euros stipend to sustain his or her living expenses in the one academic year. This assists the students in studying without
thinking about the day-to-day expenses.
Full Tuition Fee Waiver
Whilst holding the award the host Irish Higher Education Institution (HEI) waives the tuition and registration fee. This eliminates the greatest financial
setback to international students.
Prestigious and Limited Awards
Only 60 scholarships are granted annually hence it is a stiff but very rewarding competition.
In-Person Study Only
The scholarship is exclusively for full-time, in-person programs. Online or blended courses are not eligible, ensuring that students fully experience Ireland’s

The GOI-IES is open to highly motivated and academically excellent students from outside the European Union. To ensure clarity, let us break down the eligibility
requirements:
1.Nationality
The candidates should not be EU/EEA members, Switzerland or the UK nationals.
This is especially useful to Asian, African, Middle East and American students.
2.Irish Institution offer
Applicants should have a conditional or final offer of a place at an eligible Irish University or institution of higher education.
The programs should be based at full time NFQ Level 9 (Master), or level 10
(PhD).
3.Mode and duration of Program
The scholarship is to cover one year of full time studies.
Part-time or hybrids or online programs cannot be applied.
